R&D

Our research and development team has more than 40 years experience in the diamond cutting industry and covers all fields of material, physics, industry manufacturing from a team of 3 professors, 6 senior engineers and other technical staff.

Design

We have 2 testing labs. All diamond cutting blades/core bits/wires and the base metal body or tubes are tested before putting into the production lines. Diamond cutting blades are custom designed and produced to satisfy different applications.

Manufacturing

Most blades/core bits are laser welded on to the base metal body or tubes. The production lines and equipment are imported from Germany and Italy with the most advanced manufacturing technologies and control systems.
